Experience the thrill of a 7-day skiing adventure on Mount Ararat, the highest peak in Turkey, with our expertly guided tour. This unique winter expedition begins with airport transfers from Van, Ağrı, or Iğdır to Doğubayazıt, where you’ll stay in a top hotel before ascending Mount Ararat. Our route takes you to winter base camp at 2900m and gradually climbs to second camp at 3500m, offering opportunities to acclimate and enjoy breathtaking ski descents. Summit day brings the excitement of skiing from 5137m down to the second camp, followed by a scenic descent to Doğubayazıt. All equipment, accommodations, and meals are provided, making this an unforgettable ski mountaineering experience on Mount Ararat.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Meeting at Van or Agri or Igdir airport to dogubayazit city, overnight sleep in best hotel
Day 2: Transfer to Ararat cevirme village 2200m, walking to winter ski base camp 2900m
Overnight stay in tent.
Day 3: Today Ascent by our skies to winter ski second camp 3500m, Overnight stay in tent.
Day4: Acclimatization day, we will hiking up by our skies to 4000m, and skiing down till our second camp 3500m, Overnight stay in tent.
Day 5: Summit day, we will ascent by our skies to summit 5137m, afterwards skiing from summit till second camp 3500m, Overnight stay in tent.
Day 6: Today after breakfast packing our euquipments, for move to Dogubayazit city. On our way, you will skiing till 2700m from the second camp, than continue descent to down 2200m, meeting with our bus drive to dogubayazit, Overnight stay in hotel
Day7: After breakfast transfer to Van or Agri or Igdir airport, end of tour.
